Vetting

GSA is passionate about service delivery and the continuous value our staff provide. We truly trust and respect our staff and whilst we task everyone with ownership of service delivery, we do reward every employee for a job well done. Our 3,500+ workforce are all supported and motivated to deliver service excellence and we employ the best people who are committed to this ethos.

At GSA we work with a variety of Government Agencies and seek advice from them in operating our recruitment and vetting procedures. Each member of our management team undergoes training on our recruitment policy and guidelines, which includes how to identify authentic identity and travel/visa/permit documentation.

Our HR team work closely with our Operational Teams to ensure that all required checks are undertaken and necessary verification is obtained.

As an equal opportunities employer it is GSA’s policy to ensure that all people are accorded equal opportunity for recruitment, training and promotion and equal terms and conditions of employment, in all jobs regardless of their sex, sexual orientation, marital status, disability, race, religion, creed, colour, ethnic or national origins.

Decisions on recruitment and training will be made on the basis of a person’s ability, the requirements of the job and any other relevant objective criteria.
