To ensure that the stores are presented to customers at the highest level enhancing.
To liaise and communicate proactively with store management teams.
To ensure that all Compliance as set out in the specification is adhered to.
To ensure that the Site Folder is kept up to date and all due diligence documentation completed and
at all times.
To coach, develop and mentor the cleaning team taking pride in delivering standards to the highest level.
To manage and work within the labour cost budget.
To ensure that holidays are managed effectively through the holiday booking / authorisation forms and wall planners. Review holiday plans and rotas? to ensure that there is adequate cover at all times
To achieve store KPI as set by GSA.
To manage all HR and employee relations issues in accordance with the Company HR policies and in
consultation with the relevant HR representative and effectively carry out investigatory meetings and support disciplinary hearings where appropriate.
To ensure that on site teams understand their roles, responsibilities and what is expected of them.
To review and carry out Inspections accurately, take the necessary actions to turnaround under-performing
To ensure that all staff are trained in and adhere to all necessary legal/H&S compliance; records are
maintained and stored confidentially.
To identify internal potential and develop talent.
To recruit internal and external talent for site managers positions and provide endorsement for site
recruitment ensuring adherence to GS Associates recruitment processes and standards.
Full driving license and access to own vehicle is desirable.
